Refund witheld

I ordered items on Woolworths dash. I never recieved the items and driver never called me. They said I will recieve I voucher to use in store. I travelled to Woolworths using r45 and when i went there i was told no the voucher is not working. And i should return again tomorrow. The voucher was worth 200 and I have already spent 90 yesterday travelling to store. Only to be told that i should travel again today. I would like a refund. No contact has been made so far. But I no longer even want a voucher I want my Money
