Refund voucher

Good day

I received communication that I would get a R100 Woolworths refund voucher due to some products that was spoiled. However they sent the voucher to an old number that I do not have anymore. I responded and asked if they could send the voucher to my new number, which I provided them with. I did not receive the voucher as yet any further communication. This is honestly understandable.
