I finally received my delivery in 2024 which I ordered last year on the 4th of December 2023, however there 3 items missing from the order

may I kindly request a refund for those items in the form of a voucher sent to my cell number order number is o*** and o***

the items missing from the order are the two pairs of shoes and cycle shorts
