REFUND REFUSED &ORDERED TO RETURN TO BRAND SHOP

I bought dress & pair of shoes from Woolworths Gateway-Durban on 27.12.2015 at 15:28, dress does not fit properly thus was returned on 28.12.2015 to West Street branch around 17:25(with a slip and tags still hanging) and they refused to take it and was told that they do not take the brand(TRENERY) I must return it to the shops that keep such brand. I inquired at Gateway on Sunday at the time of purchase from the cashier if items can be returned to any branch and she stated that returns can be done at any branch was not told of exceptions. The Woolworths slips does not indicate any of that, West Street branch told me that it is a policy. It is unfair practice of Wooloworths to allow customer to buy item and do not inform them of the consequences of returning certain brands, how on earth was I supposed to know that one cannot return certain brands at any branch. I did not buy brand but bought dress from Woolworths and is on Woolworths's slip not Trenery slip. All I need is a refund from Woolworths not stories not told at time of purchase and not transparent to public.
