Refund of my extra credit R443.00

On 07/07/2022 I paid my Black credit card an amount of R16 878 in order to close it. On 08/07/2022 I erroneously paid another R443 and tried to reverse it and FNB failed to reverse it. I have been calling Woolworths to get my balance and I was told to send my proof of bank and to date my credit of R443 has been reduced by half to +-R200.The more Woolworths delays it costs me a lot of money and I really want my refund into the bank which I have already forwarded the proof of bank almost twice. I want nothing to do with any of their credit card or retail card. Each delay costs me my money each day.
