refund not yet processed

Good Day

On the 12th May 2022, I purchased 12 1 litre bottle's of juice that was on sale for and amount of R13.99 at Woolworths to be collected on the 14th May 2022 at 15:00, whereby I received a call to say that the items I have ordered are out of stock (as usual). I then asked about my refund, and they said they will refund me. and up to date i still have not yet recieved my money.
