Refund my credit card

Never have I been so shocked and annoyed by Woolworths staff. My daughter was graduating on the 22th of May 2025, I then bought her a bodysuit and because the weather was cold that week we ended up going to truworths to get something warm… she didn’t use the bodysuit or wear it. When I told her to return at mall of the south they advised her they need the card owner as it was bought via my credit card. Today I was at Southgate mall and I told no we don’t exchange under wear.

When shopping this item they never advised of such, and I am told at least if it had stickers while they don’t sell it with those stickers. Where am I supposed to get those stickers because even purchasing it never had, it was not sealed. “ Yes, you can return a bodysuit to Woolworths.
