Refund issues with store in Phalaborwa

My baby daddy bought school uniform for our daugther using his FNB card, only to find out i alredy bought the uniform n same staff.

I sent my son yesterday to return it n ask for refunds and he was told tht they can only give him a gift card .if he want cash he must provide an FNB card or bank accout for the father to be sure it is our staff while we have a slip.

Today i went n i was told they cant help me if i dont want a gift card or if i cnt provide the bank accout of my ex which he is in Mpumalanga. Im asking for refunds becouse i still have to buy some of her school staff at her school.
