Refund issue

I purchased an item at Woolworths OR Thambo and then returned it at Woolworths Gateway on the 4th of November 2023. Till today I haven’t received the refind i was told that i will receive it on Friday ( 10 November 2023) and that didn’t happen. To my surprise today im being told to bring my slip and bank statement to the store for them to assist me.

I have been making calls everyday for progress and unfortunately im not winning
