REFUND FOR GOODS

<p>I complained to the customer care and received an sms with details for me to go to any branch of the store to to collect a gift card for R50. I went to the branch in the Morningside Shopping Centre in Sandton. The staff (two of them) took my cellphone to read the sms. They both just stared at it until I got totally annoyed and asked them to call someone who knew what to do with the details therein. </p> <p>Please, please train your staff. This small matter took over 15 minutes to resolve.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
