Refund

It has been a whole week since the cancellation of my order. Firstly, my order was marked as delivered whereas it was not delivered to me. Upon calling, Martinique Peterson said it would be RTS and my refund would be processed. 3 days ago I followed up via email. I still have not received a response. I have also DMed on Twitter and each time, they would advise someone would contact me. I never want to purchase from them online ever again, this experience has been the worst ever
