Refund

Bought school shoes for my daughter on the 4/11/24 shoe was not delivered to my address they said they couldn’t find my address,Wich is weird because I’ve been getting my other deliveries from them,I’ve been corresponding with them and was promised a refund and I’m still waiting to this day they still haven’t refunded me I’m sooo disappointed
