Refund and communication delays

Ordered via the woolies app on the 10th of November for delivery as a birthday gift. They delivered a smash cake that was sitting in water and dead flowers. The delivery was rejected and I logged a refund the very next day. 1 month later and I’m still getting the run around for my refund. I get pushed from pillar to post with 100s of excuses as to why my refund wasn’t done a month later. I do not recommend their brand at all the service in store and online is horrible.
