Refund

For a retail group that boasts about the customer coming first and then providing quality service ,What a disappointment Woolworths !, I did not expect such appalling service from Woolworths of all retail stores. It's been 2 weeks of waiting for a refund from a Dash order that was never delivered to me . The driver returned to the store with my order , When I emailed the customer service centre, I as told that I wil receive my refund on 3 days time. 8 days later , I'm still waiting for my refund , I called the customer care centre and was now told a different story , that I must send a copy of my Id and a bank statement no older than 3 months . This is so disappointing
