Refund

Someone bought my daughter a pair of shoes and pay them using a debit card, the shoes didn't fit my daughter, when i went to the store for a refund , they are telling me that i need to present the debit card that bought the shoes or else i wont be refunded cash money, im really not happy with their service since its not return on their refund policy behind the till slip
