Refund

They contact me by SMS on 25 March 2021 for a refund of R2783.99 on my Woolies Card Account after recalculation of interest . I do not use the account since 2006 to date . I went to Centurion Mall Branch with required Bank Account confirm letter and my ID . A copy of my ID and the Bank letter was send by email to their Head Office .

In the SMS they mentioned the refund will be done by 15 April 2021 at the latest I send the past Monday a followup email as per the email scan log I received from the Centurion Mall Branch , regarding the refund .

To date I did not received any feedback from their Head Office.

I need your office help in this regard if possible
