Refund

I ordered a bday cake on the 27th April online, unfortunately they couldn't get hold of me on the phone upon delivery. When I followed up on my order within the stipulated time they had already refunded it. I could've collected the cake at Musgrave because that's where the order was from. But I was told it was refunded so I couldn't collect. There was no bday cake for my daughter that day. And there is still no refund 5 days later. When I email to follow up they don't respond. When I call I'm told different stories each time. I am fedup with them I just want my money back.
