Refund

I purchased online at Woolworths using a gift card and was charged R2080,48. The receipt shows that my final total due to other items out of stock was R1879,50. I have R120,50 on the gift card and was told over the phone that a refund would be made within 7-10 days. I'm still waiting for the remaining R80. I've sent out two emails and they don't bother responding.
