refund

so yesterday i went to your woolworths branch in cape gate mall, to change 2 pantses that i bought my husband, i had the till slip aswell, i requested that they give me cash because i need to buy my husband two black skinny pants at a different shop because the skinny pants that woolworths had wasnt skinny at all, the lady refused to give me the cash even though i had the original till slip and she gave me a refund card, im stuck with a voucher they i dont need..im utterly disgusted with the service i received.
