refund

I recently had a welcoming home party where I got a few gifts and unfortunately,Woolworths and trenery were part of those gifts,when I tried to return it for a gift voucher as I will be leaving for the states next and I have no time to search,I was refused my return and rather looked at as a ********,as a loyal customer,this is extremely disappointing as my dad used to work at the woolworths IT department and he said it's never been like this. <br> <br> I'm sad to say woolworths has gone down so much regarding customer satisfaction.<br> <br> Please fix this problem as I will not sit with clothing that does not fit.<br> Thanks
