Refund

I am disgusted by the attitude and the horrible service i recwived today @country road v&a waterfront. They could not refund my money just because i didn have my visa card. I tried to explain that i dont want the money refunded into the card due to 24hr delay and even showed them my mySchool card which also appeares on the till slip but they still wouldnt refund my money.<br> <br> I am very upset because i was refunded with the same till slip @canal walk store about 2weeks ago,they didn ask for my card because i told the cashier i dont want the money refunded in the card. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO MAINTAIN SAME STORE \POLICIES"AND LEVEL OF SERVICE BECAUSE THIS IS FRUSTRATING .... i didn feel the need to bring the visa card bcause canal walk refunded without seeing the card"""
