Refreshingly good service

I bought avocados (ripe and ready) and cheese & herb ****ins from Woolies with a larger shop. One avo was inedible, although soft on the outside, it was hard on the inside and would not separate from the pip and I had to throw it away. The ****ins grew mould on them by the day of expiry. On sending pictures and an email to Woolies Customer Care, they responded within a day, explained the problem, and immediately refunded me my money. Thanks for the great service.
