Refreshing Caring Management - Woolworth's Randparkridge

<p>Went to the Woolworth's store in Randparkridge on Saurday tp obtain a Gift Card.</p> <p>On going to customer care, I did not see a metal prtruding clothing stand standing in the passage way, to which I walked straight into it, and got severally cut on my right arm.</p> <p>Normally a store would not care - BUT how refreshing to be cared for by staff and management.</p> <p>They went to get a First Aid Kit, sat me down and cleaned and dressed my wound. As a pensioner with low blood pressure, I started feeling very weird, so the manager gave me a colddrink, and asked me to sit a while till I felt that I could walk, and this really helped me .</p> <p>Even customers in the store found it unbelievable how Woolworth's staff and management "Pampered Me"</p> <p>Please could you pass on my gratitude to the staff and management on duty that day, and compliment them for caring</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
