Refreshing Attitude

I would like to take this moment to commend Lucinda Sampson from Woolworths Greenacres (PE) on an incredible customer service. I had accepted that cashiers are usually moody and not interested on interacting with customers and I do not expect anything other than "are u paying on credit or cash?" However, Lucinda was way different. She defined what "walk in store" customer excellence is. Brilliant young lady, keep up your warm hospitality and I wish Woolworths to have thousands of Lucindas'
