Rediculous - over a year and query still unresolved!

Terrible customer service. I opted out of marketing communication long ago. Now that I have opted in again Im still not getting my promotional emails from them. This has been an on and off unresolved query for over a year! They obviously are clueless and the one customer car agent is more useless than the next.
