red velvet cup cakes made me sick

on Thursday evening round about 7pm my colleague bought two red velvet cup cakes.<br> about 2-3 hours later my stomach started paining and I started barfing.<br> the next day I had a slight fever and body aches and the chemist confirmed it was food poisoning as that was the last thing I at. I can only drink fluids as whatever I intake I cant keep down.
