Recyclable Shopping Bags

Woolworths have lost the plot on convenience shopping - I am all for recycling and saving our planet, and I find the recent absence of cheaper biodegradable or recyclable cheaper packaging for groceries inconvenient and frustrating. Woolworths have done away with plastic packets at some of their stores to pack groceries and opted to provide customers with a R6.50 per bag alternative, sighting from staff at stores that they are saving the planet. Why not use cheaper recyclable brown paper bags. Have you noticed that almost 100 % of all the items you sell are wrapped in plastic? - make that your starting point in saving the planet , and provide cheaper recyclable packaging alternatives for convenience- I have reduced my basket size and items when I now shop at woolworths
