RECURRING THEFT AND POOR SECURITY AT WOOLWORTHS WOODMEAD

I have had my purse ****** TWICE at your Woodmead Branch. It was in my zipped handbag which was over my shoulder. The most recent one which occurred today was confirmed via CCTV footage according to my description of what happened. The modus operandi was identical: two or three people hem you in and jostle in front of you as if choosing merchandise and that's when they open your bag and grab your purse. There is no security in the food section AT ALL!!!! The manageress told me that they had requested extra security but there was "no budget." There is one security lady who stands at the outside door leading in to the clothing section, doing nothing. Any ***** could have breezed right out with my purse safely tucked away in HER handbag and the security lady would be none the wiser. This is very likely exactly what happened. I absolutely FURIOUS that the security at that branch is so lax. There is no security at all in the food section, which makes it a fertile hunting ground for *******. This has caused me a huge amount of inconvenience in having all my cards ******, and also a significant loss in cash. I would caution anyone to stay away from the Woodmead branch.
