Recovery

<p>I have been harassed by Woolworhs recoveries for an outstanding account. We have made these payments a long time ago but used the wrong reference. This was advised by e-mail and telephonically and they went ahead and informed the credit bureas. They apologised for this but still recoveries went ahead. Been a storecard holder for 15 years. Will definitely cancel it no doubt! Poor poor poor! </p>
