Recklessness and Carelessness and Ignorance

I bought a phone Samsung Ao7 and was suppose to be delivered on the 7th April ,they delived a notebook instead and till today ,have not received my phone ,have paid already by PLAYFLEX ,imagine that .I am so disappointed, I bought on line ,they keep on saying they have sent to the warehouse ,why did they deliver the wrong parcel.I am so missed off and I want a compensation for waiting such time to be sent from pillar to post ..This retail shop used to be in standard however things are being low in standard *** Spokazi ,I wish they see this and respond .Imagine close to a month ,waiting on a phone and in that process ,delivering a wrong parcel.This was my present for my friend but now they have spoiled that.I am deeply hurt
