Reckless Collections Without due process followed
Hi, I settled my account on 21st June 2025, I overpaid and was issued a paid up letter by Nimble who administered the account like a bunch of leeches. After settling I am having endless issues to get my small 700 refund as a pensioner I had to take a loan cause my health suffered to the constant harrassment by Nimble staff. now they claim no accountability saying it's Woolworths issue to get me my refund, after 60 emails WFS has now emailed nimble asking for verification my account is settled when I provided a screenshot of the settlement letter, the paid up letter the proof of payment and have given them all almost two months to sort this out informing them should they continue to give me the run around I would be making a hello Peter complaint. Now I humbly request that you help me as these people are either to *********** to assist or don't give a dang since they have been paid their commission. I know the account fell into arrears but does Woolworths condone this, is there no process in place for escalations, is there no one who can read to see settlement amount, paid amount and refund the difference? I am so angry I plan to also escalate this to NCR. I asked for the last years call recordings also which never arrived. I also asked actually pleaded for humanity for my situation and they do not care. I have waited far too long Nimble was meant to followup with Woolworths but that never happened as I never got any feedback a week ago as promised.
Let's not play dirty games guys this is simple you over complicate it which puts customers out of the way and in awful situations.
