Recieve SMS to collect my store card

Ive lost my woollies card and went to Brooklyn branch to block the card and order a replacement. Then on Wednesday I received a sms that says my card arrived at the Brooklyn branch. I took off from work went to the store stood in a long queue, got in front and all they said was the card is not there. Yesterday afternoon I again received a sms to confirm that my card is there. They must really communicate better as this was a big waste of my time.
