REALLY DISGUSTING

The beginning of March i bought a drink from a Woolworths store at Engen Garage. I took a sip and found what i thought to be a nail or a toe nail it was disgusting. I then took pictures and emailed Woolworths asking what the hell went wrong here. Other than almost vommiting at the thought of someones sandy nail in my mouth not to mention over these covid times. I was asked to have the bottle ready for collection and the courier came.. i follow up regularly to ask them wjhat was in the bottle after inspection and get a stupid reply saying ur records indicate that feedback has been sent you and because a sample wasn't received, we are unable to say exactly what was in your drink.

Your ***-***. after i have a signed paper that the courier collected this its not going into may and i keep getting ignore. Absolutely disgusting service from a reatiler that i thought so high of. BE VERY careful because you dont know what you will find in your drink.
