Really disappointed with Woolworths customer service

After receiving 11 scones in a packet marked 12 and then trying to let customer services know, I am not sure what I am more disappointed with. only getting 11 scones when expecting 12 or the off hand and flippant treatment by customer services who basically dismissed the issue and then had the cheek to say I should contact them in the future if I need help. Very poor service and perhaps time to stop shopping there
