Really bad service and information for opening a new store card

I app**** for a store card, everything was approved, when i went to pick up my store card they refused to issue my card as i had my ID book with my ****en surname and my marriage certificate. Financial services told me that unless i get an ID reflecting my married surname they are refusing to issue the card, this can take 6 weeks to 6 months to obtain. This is very poor and very unprofessional.
