Readymade meals constantly changing.

I have always found Woolworths to be clean and it's staff most friendly and efficient but what drives me mad is that many of it's convenient ready meals and some other items are out of stock or discontinued so quickly. I have tried taking the matter up with branch management on a number of occasions and while much concern and many promises are made to reintroduce the item in question, said item never appears again. Why don't Woolworths do proper market research before introducing an item instead of bringing in an item and then discontinuing it soon after...an example being the Slimmers Summer minestrone soup, I managed to buy it two weeks in a row and then never saw it again! Woolworths need to realise that such items appeal to people who just want to grab at item rush home and serve it not stand trawling the shelves for new items because previously favoured items have been withdrawn yet again! Some items that come to mind....beef stroganoff,beef casserole,curried coronation chicken salad,oxtail, Ocean pie,Slimmers summer minestrone soup,Bulk chicken a la king,and many more over the years.
