Rat feces in Fruit

I purchased raspberries at the Town Square Woolworths, to my disgust it had some rat feces inside! That’s not the worst part, the fact that its been 2.5weeks since I contacted Woolworths about it, and still no response. Yes, Woolworths has now turned into a second checkers!
