Raise of concern

To whom it may concern,

Please can someone kindly assist as this really doesnt make sense to us as loyal customers that has ever been we really don’t understand and would glady like someone to explain , so my husband paid his October installment before the due date but then received his statement for November the November statement states that he is overdue how??? When he paid in october before the due date so how is this possible that the account is over due .
