****** Woolworths

Three weeks ago my husband a 61 year old white male (this has relevance believe me) went to WW in Key West shopping center, Krugersdorp. All he wanted to do was look at their shoes. He has an allergy to the sanitizing liquid offered at shop doors and prefers the wipes. When he requested wipes from the lady at the door she very rudely said they don't have. He reminded her that it was law to have both and please can she make a plan. She said she will have to speak to her floor manager and marched to the food section my husband in tow! My husband grew up on a farm and worked on Cooke2 for many years as the HR Manager therefore he has knowledge of a few native languages. When the lady saw the floor manager she shouted at him "this white dog wants to see you" When Stephan asked this man who he was he said the floor manager which he was not, when Stephan asked to speak to the shop manager he was threatened and basically removed from the store under threat of being arrested! We laid a complaint, the store manage spoke to him (and could not say much). he received a message the matter is being investigated. After a week of hearing nothing he phoned and was told the case was closed because the store manager spoke to him! He said that was not the case and want a proper investigation and feed-back. To date NOTHING! Either WW responds NOW or I will make a civil case of harassment, victimization, ***** and ****** against them. Lets hear Woolworths what do you have to say???
