****** staff and management

It's the second time I have visited Woolworths Cafe in Midlands Liberty Mall at Pietermaritzburg and the service on both occasions has been absolutely DISGUSTING.

On both occasions I was alone and once you enter you'll probably get noted if you're any other race but black. I had to ask to get a menu, then ask for my order to be taken while watching people who come after me and sit next to me get attended on the spot. I probably had 4 waiters assisting me solely because I had to stop them to ask for something when they walked past me and don't get me started on the managers. I think it's better if I don't mention their low maintenance behavior.

I might as well should have been a ghost because that's what I felt like being there the entire time.

I hope they do better and learn to treat people equally and not weigh what type of service they give towards black or white people.
