****** and poor service

i went to Woolworths for an exchange they check my jeans then they told me to go and take another one. when I'm in fitting room done changing I was told they not gonna give it to me. how so? what was the point for the process, and the lady is so ****** Sharron Oliphant, she then told me i must go somewhere else , how so? because Woolworths is one Brand, she then said she is a decider mind you the jean is 2 weeks old...... I'm so embarrassed
