<p>My mom bought shoes at Woolworths and she's always bought her shoes there ever since we were still young. So when she gets home the shoe was faulty and other things were small then she returns them back to her surprise she was told that she can't be refunded because the items were on sale and finished yesterday so if she still wants to return them all the items will be equivalent to 1cent. She then decided to not leave them at Woolworths she was so disappointed with the service she got as she's been a customer for Woolworths for years. She then went to work on Monday told her white colleague who asked her where she bought the items she told her all the necessary information she wanted to know. The colleague then said to her she must give her the items and she will return them on her behalf. To my mom's surprise her colleague did actually manage to return the items. My mom was now fuming because her colleague was not given any hustle now the question is Woolworths ****** because just because my mom was black and her colleague was white they should get different services. I'm really disappointed because my mom has always bought her shoes at Woolworths since we were still kids.</p>
