****** at Woolworths retail stores

Today I went to the woolworths at blu valley mall, and I remain disappointed by the terrible service and ****** towards black customers. I was approaching the tills in the clothing department, and saw 4 cashiers and 3 surrounding one till, I went to the till were there 3 cashiers. They told me that they are waiting for a customer and I should stand in line. I asked why 1 of the 3 ladies could not assist me and 2 said that they were not cashiers. At that moment I asked for the manager because to me it did not make sense why they could all stand around 1 till and have a conversation while I waited in line for their customer to return. I asked the manager if this was typical of the service at woolworths for 3 cashiers to surround a single till and chat while there was a customer waiting in line. The manager told me that they are working the floor and they are not tellers I asked if he could help me he said his not a cashier and I had to wait. I then proceeded to say that if a white person was in line they would have all scrambled to assist them but as a black person it is an acceptable service standard to continue chatting and watched them not doing their job. The manager called me a ****** for saying that and I should wait like everyone else. I continued to ask him how that is ******. He walked away from me As I was walking out of the store one of the ladies that was at the till in front of other customers said I was an alcoholic that got bored and decided to come to woolworths to complain about *******. I followed her to the fitting room and asked her to repeat what she said and I further asked if she was drinking with me to know that I am drunk. My brother was carrying a sealed six pack, how does that mean we have been drinking. I was in the store less than 20 minutes before, how did i come back drunk? The manager went to call security and accused me of being drunk and attacking his employees, I was embarrassed after being escorted out while other shoppers watched and possibly took videos of it. When there is a white person paying they will slap on a huge smile on their faces and go out of the way to assist them and even try to improve their experience if they complained. I hope that this matter is dealt with accordingly and deciplinary action taken against the "floor workers" and the manager, he in no way tried to help the situation he backed employees that were clearly in the wrong. I don't have a problem waiting if there is one cashier but I just don't see why I should be made to wait while 3 cashiers stood around and caught up on their festive gossip.
