R5000 taken from my credit card account

I recieved a call towards the end of September2017 Lamees Cozyn of woolworths financial services stating that R5000 was deposited by mistake into my account on 8July 2017so she wants proof that it is mine.I send July statement and she told me she wants online proof.I send it on 9th October2017 then on the 10th money was taken from my account.I tried to contact her then Nurran Sity responded assuring that have proof of payment and will refund.till today I resubmitted again 1stnovember2017 no refund recieved
