R300 voucher not loaded

I made a purchase of R1800+ on the 05th of June 2023 and i was promised a Woolworths voucher of R300 to be loaded by the 25or26th of June 2023 my voucher is still not loaded. I sent an email and no one is responding to my mails and this is after i made numerous phone calls and sent from pillar to post. Can someone please attend to this ASAP
