R24 offered from Woolworths after 5 weeks of complaining and no feedback EXPIRED STIR FRY

After almost 5 weeks of my purchases. 20 emails, 10 phone calls, numerous IG dms and lies about a manager calling me, I had to force myself and sit on the phone for 17 minutes to get feedback. I was offered a whole R 24 compensation for 2 x expired stir fry. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. This morning I had 1 lame attempt from woolworths la lucia and then nothing. How is it ok to ignore me for 5 weeks and come back to offer me R24 like woolworths is doing me a favor.
