Queueing our days away

<p>It is becoming all to common that we get to your stores, espescially the Ferndale Village one, to find queues going into the isles and 2 tills open. If, after much frustration we finally get the store manager's (Mario) attention he scuttles off to find someone at the back to open another till.</p> <p>So its not a case that you do not have staff its a case that they just not working and their is absolutely no interest in customer service. Should the manager not be monitoring queu lengths????</p>
