Questionable Internal Management Course

<p>In 2011, I did the Generic Management Course through Woolworths that was a 12month course that was SETA accredited. After numerous emails, I have sent that I have copied to my personal email account, still no indication in 2016, 5 years later of a certificate that was suppose to be obtained. 29 October 2015, I received an email from Learning and Development of Woolworths, stating that an internal and external moderation took place for audit purposes, however as too date still no proof that I completed this course, besides on Woolworths website for employees ( Peoplesoft) that training took place. Recently, I copied the Head of Human Resources in of Woolworths, in another attempt to get feedback, no response to this email have been given and was bluntly ignored. Woolworths and W&R SETA should be ashamed by this unprofessional approach towards employees. The Department of Education needs to look into this matter and I am strongly considering going down this route as all the effort, time, collating files and studies that went into this course seems to raise eyebrows as too whether this was legit at all.</p>
