Query on interest charges not resolved

Hi Peter<br> <br> I have a WFS credit card and when I app****, I was under the impression that interest on the account will only be charged on the 21st of every month. This as far as I remember, was based on the phone conversation I had with the person who helped me over the fone, with the application process. I was then charged interest for Feb'16 on the 17/02/2016. I have since then, queried this with WFS and asked if they can send me copies of the phone conversation as proof that they told me that interest will run on the 17th of the month.I have submitted the forms they required from me, since Feb'16 and I am still waiting for a response on this. Whenever I query this, I am told that someone else is handling the query but I still have not received a response for this, Please assist to get this resolved.
