Quantity over quality

Good day, I bought black jeggings and Sandals at Woolies two weeks ago the jeggings are now grey I have only worn them twice and wwashed them once And the sandals my daughter only wore them once they are torn already. I took them back yesterday to the same woolies that I bought them from unfortunately I did not keep the slip as I thought I was buying quality clothing. I’m very disappointed with the service I received as well as the goods i bought. For years I’ve been buying all my jeggings at woolies but this time around I’m so disappointed. It left a bitter taste in my mouth
